KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Mrs Ashraf Jahan ordered production of a vehicle before the Nazir of the court on Sept 7.
The bench was hearing a petition filed by one Hameedullah who purchased Toyota Crown vehicle. The car was of 2007 model and brought from Afghanistan into Pakistan in diplomatic bond.
The counsel for petitioner told the bench that petitioner is ready to pay the security for release of the vehicle pending petition. The court was informed that the vehicle is in custody of DIT, Pakistan Customs.
