KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi ordered release of Aspalt Paver machine “in accordance with law”.
The bench earlier heard Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appearing for petitioner Sajjad Enterprises. She relied upon a judgment passed earlier by another division bench of SHC then headed by Justice Muneeb Akhtar who ordered post shipment inspection of the said construction machinery.
The bench said the judgment passed earlier shall be followed and vehicle be released but “strictly in accordance with law”.
