KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh on Thursday suspended a recovery notice issued by Inland Revenue department to Tripple Tree company.
The petitioner challenged the notice on ground that it imports steel sheets which are used in its manufacturing unit and thus exempted from Sales Tax.
The bench after hearing initial arguments suspended the recovery notice while putting the respondents on notice for an unspecified date.
