KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh ordered release of Asphalt paver Machine used in construction of roads.
The order came in a petition filed by Falcon Heavy Costrcution Company which relied on orders of the court in cases of identical nature and identical item. Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate earlier also produced Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI) certificate in respect of the imported machine.
