KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has notified promotions of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) officers. As many as three PCS officers are promoted to BS-21 from BS-20.
The FBR notified promotion of Khawar Farid Maneka to BS-21 from BS-20 with effect from June 02, 2015 in compliance of judgment of Supreme Court of Pakistan dated April 14, 2017 passed in C.P. No. 2109-2139/2016, on the recommendations of Central
Selection Board-2017 and in partial modification of FBR’s Notification No. 0571-C-I/2017 dated February 02.2017. The officer shall actualize his promotion against his present place of posting.
The FBR notified that Imran Tariq, a BS-21 officer of PCS is promoted to BS-21 on regular basis with effect from June 02, 2015 in compliance of judgment of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan dated April 14, 2017 passed in C.P. No. 2109-2139/2016, on the recommendations of Central Selection Board-2017, and in partial modification of FBR’s Notification No. 0571-C-I/2017 dated February 25, 2017.
The FBR also notified promotion of Tausif Ahmad Qureshi from BS-20 to BS-21 on regular basis with immediate effect.
Four PCS officers are promoted to BS-20from BS-19 with effect from June 01, 2015 in compliance with judgment of Supreme Court.
In a notification, FBR said that in compliance of judgment of Supreme Court of Pakistan dated April 14,2017 passed in C.P. No. 2109-2139/2016, on the recommendations of Central Selection Board-2017 and in partial modification of FBR’s Notification No. 0572-C-I/2017 dated February 25, 2017, the following BS-19 officers of Pakistan Customs Service are promoted to BS-20, on regular basis w.e.f. 01.06.2015. These officers include Faiz Ahmad, Gul Rehman, Ms. Shahnaz Maqbool and Mirza Mubashir Baig.
In another notification the BS-19 PCS officers Asif Saeed Khan Lughmani and Ms. Iram Maqbool Aamir are promoted to BS-20, on regular basis with immediate effect.
