KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has notified promotions of Inland Revenue Service (IRS) officers. As many as two IRS officers are promoted to BS-21 from BS-20 including Muhammad Tanvir Akhtar and Habibullah Khan.
FBR said that the officers would actualize their promotions at present place of posting.
FBR also promoted eight officers of Inland Revenue Service (IRS) to BS-20 with effect from June 02, 2015 in compliance of order issued by Supreme Court of Pakistan on April 14, 2017.
These officers include Dr. Shafquat Hussain Kehar, Shahid Iqbal Baloch, and Rizwan Ahmed Urfi. The officers would actualize their promotions at present place of posting.
In compliance of similar order, Badruddin Ahmad Quraishi, Yousif Hyder Shaikh, Qaiser Mahmood, Mehmood Hussain Jafari and Sajjad Akbar Khan are also promoted to BS-20on regular basis w.e.f June 02, 2015.
