KARACHI: A two member Special Customs Appellate Tribunal at Karachi on Wednesday ordered release of two consignments while hearing two different appeals.
The first appeal was preferred by Amir Brothers which imported zip sliders and questioned order in revision 279/2016 and Valuation Ruling 889/2016.
The another appeal was filed by Crescent Auto Corporation which imported ball bearings. The appellant challenged the order in revision as well as Valuation Ruling 953/2016.
The appellate tribunal after hearing Talal Tariq advocate ordered provisional release of consignments.
