KARACHI: Director Customs Valuation Wasif Memon has revised the customs values of stapler machines vide Valuation Ruling No.924/2016.
The customs values of various types of stationary items were determined earlier vide Valuation Ruling No. 868/2016.
Many importers filed representations while a reference was also received from MCC Appraisement West and M/s Feroze Corporation that various sizes categories of stapler machines were not taken care of properly.
An exercise was initiated to determine the values of stapler machines afresh.
