KARACHI: The Establishment Division has agreed to the upgrading of Inland Revenue Audit Officers from BS-16 to Bs-18 in the Inland Revenue Department.
In pursuance of judgment of Lahore High Court upheld by Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Establishment Division has agreed to upgrade Inland Revenue Audit Officer from Bs-16 to BS-18 under Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
However, this upgrading is subject to concurrence of Finance Division, framing of Recruitment Rules and filling up the upgraded post in the manner prescribed by the Establishment Division.
