KARACHI: A divisional bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan on Wednesday adjourned hearing of a plea by a custom clearing agent for restoration of license till March 01.

Muhammad Rafiq, a member of Karachi Customs Agent Association maintains that in 2012 it came to the fore that consignment destined for Afghanistan did not reach the destination and were alleged pilfered. He said that he also came under scrutiny and 0n 24-8-2012 his license number 2824 was blocked by the custom authorities. The petitioner filed the instant petition seeking direction for restoration of license as well as de-blocking of his NTN etc .

The bench today put off further hearing March 01.
