FBR to extend return filing last date for further one month to October 31

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is going to give further one month extension in filing of income tax return up to October 31, 2014.
Sources in Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) said that after issues raised by business community and tax bars in the country, the board likely to announce further one month extension which is expiring on September 31, 2014.
The sources said companies falling under special tax year can also avail the extension on condition that their tax is paid by September 30, 2014.
