KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Wednesday directed its BS-18 officials to submit the performance evaluation reports (PERs) within seven days to expedite the process of holding departmental selection board (DSB) for promotion.
A circular issued on Wednesday said that PERs for the financial year 2013-2014 have become due after July, 2014. In this regard, officers are required to submit their PERs to their reporting officers without any further delay.
FBR said, “The officers who are in promotion zone particularly those officers who will be considered in the next DSB from BS-18 to BS-19 promotion are required to submit PERs within seven days in order to put up their case in the forthcoming DSB.”
It is highlighted that completion of latest PERs of the eligible officers may therefore please be given priority.
