KARACHI: A delegation of Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA) led by its President Ifikhar Ahmed and General Secretary Faisal Mushtaq visited Gerrys Danata and also met ADC AFU, Tahir Quershi.
Faisal Mushtaq General Secretary KCAA told that a detailed meeting was held in the chamber of ADC (AFU) where the first priority was discussed to restore the operations which are being hampered due to terrorist attack as we need to give a positive signal to the international community that despite of these attack the Pakistani people, custom agents , Pakistan Customs and cargo handlers are giving their best as to restore the operation and the Preventive Collectorate has immediately called a meeting of all stake holder and the held up operation were moved to old Shaheen Shed.
Further the KCAA has also opened an emergency camp at AFU and a committee comprising of Tariq Rasheed Khan, Mirza Ather Baig, Saleem Abbasi was constituted to solve the issues and will also collect documents so further action of refund and compensation of cargo could be started accordingly.
The KCAA also offered DUA E MAGFARAT for all deceased in this brutal terrorist attack.
