KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan on Thursday ordered release of a Toyota surf vehicle, 1993 model.
At the outset of hearing, the counsel for ASO which detained the vehicle, submitted that vehicle has been brought to the court premises in compliance of order passed by the bench on earlier hearing.
The bench after hearing Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate, counsel for petitioner Habib-ur-Rahman ordered Nazir of the bench to release the vehicle after fulfilling all legal formalities and securing guarantee.
