KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of Set Top Box, TV Tuner and Android TV Box vide Valuation Ruling No.1063/2017.
Reference customs values of Set Top Box, TV Tuner and Android TV Box were notified vide Valuation Database Letter. However, some importers requested to revisit the reference values and issue a Valuation Ruling.
Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority also requested that customs duty of Set Top Box be waived off completely till the promotional period of cable TV network digitalization to encourage cable operators.
