KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of blankets vide Valuation Ruling No.979/2016.
Since the previous customs values of blankets were earlier determined vide Valuation Ruling No.878/2016, numerous representations were received that prices of blankets had come down and needed revision in line with the prices prevailing in the international market.[the_ad id=”32940″]The customs values of 100% polyester blankets printed and embossed in retail packing (finished) under PCT 6301 of China are fixed at $3.0/kg, of Korea/UAE at $3.65/kg, of Europe at $4.4/kg.
The customs values of 100% acrylic/blended blankets printed and embossed in retail packing (finished) under PCT 6301 of China are fixed at $4.0/kg, of Korea/UAE at $4.48/kg, of Europe at $5.5/kg.
