KARACHI: Director Customs Valuation Wasif Memon has revised the customs values of feeder brushes vide Valuation Ruling No. 934/2016.
The values of different types of feeder brushes were earlier determined vide Valuation Ruling No.665/2014. The values needed revision in line with the prices prevailing in the international market.
An exercise was initiated to determine the customs values of feeder brushes afresh.
Feeder brushes under PCT 9603.9000 of China origin will now be assessed for duty and taxes at $5.0/kg, while feeder brushes of all other origins would be assessed at $6.90/kg.
