KARACHI: The order of Customs Appellate Tribunal was suspended by a Custom Appellate bench of High Court of Sindh while hearing Sardar Zafar Hussain Advocate, counsel for applicant Customs department.
The counsel for applicant submitted that during pendency of SCRA and after being served with notice 21.02.2023, Respondent instead of contesting this reference application has appointed the Tribunal for implementation of the impugned order which is now fixed for hearing on 30.10.2024.
The bench after hearing the counsel adjourned the hearing to a date fixed by the office of the court while suspending judgment in Customs Appeal No K-8009/2021.
