KARACHI: Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry admitted Muhammad Nasir, accused in case FIR 10 of 2023 registered by Post Clearance Audit (PCA) of Pakistan Customs.
The applicant / accused was represented by Siddiq Zia Advocate who submitted that applicant was not nominated in FIR but was malafides named in Final Challan and therefore apprehends arrest.
The counsel submitted that applicant/ accused intends to surrender before the trial court but apprehends arrest on way to the court.
The single judge after hearing counsel for applicant admitted him to protective bail till Oct 05 or till he surrenders before trial court whatever is earlier against a surety of rupees 50,000.
