KARACHI: A custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) allowed Pakistan Customs to proceed against petitioner company F.K Enterprises on the basis of Show Cause Notice issued.
The bench earlier heard Sardar Zafar Hussain Advocate representing Pakistan Customs. He informed the bench that a SCN has been issued after suspension of license.
The bench in view of SCN disposed of the petitioner directing the customs to proceed further giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner company. It further ordered that till such when time when a final order is passed, User ID of the petitioner shall not be blocked.
The petitioner company was represented by Umar Ilyas Khan Advocate who maintained that license of the company is blocked by the department.
