KARACHI: A custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Mahmood A Khan on Monday issued notices in three identical petitions filed by importers of mobile telephone parts.
Innovation Gresso Pvt Ltd, G-Five Pvt Ltd and Bellco Trading Pvt Ltd challenged the assessment of mobile telephone circuits on the basis of Assessment Alert while a Valuation Ruling is valid and holds the field.
