KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan on Wednesday allowed release of a Toyota Land Cruiser.[the_ad id=”32940″]
The petitioner Fayyaz Ali Mirani moved the court through his counsel Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate seeking implementation of the order of the tribunal which was in favour of her client. The customs detained the vehicle terming as smuggled one.
The bench today after hearing the sides ordered respondent custom officials to release the vehicle in view of order of the special customs appellate tribunal.
