KARACHI: The Collector of Adjudication, SAPT was asked by a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh to file a response that how and in what manner and authority of law has has firstly re-opened the order passed by the Additional Collector of Customs Adjudication who is not sub-ordinate to him and secondly how a fresh order can be passed when High Court has already passed an interim order.
The bench noted that conduct of the Collector Adjudication is in violation of judgment by High Court of Sindh as well as of Lahore High Court. The bench was hearing a petition filed a company Rock Hill. The petitioner was represented by Sardar Ishaque Advocate.
