KARACHI: The hearing of custom matters is being delayed due to transition in High Court of Sindh. The Chief Justice of SHC was elevated to the Supreme Court of Pakistan and new Chief Justice is yet to be appointed. Mr Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui is appointed as Acting Chief Justice as per notification issued by the Federal Government.

The lawyers are facing difficulty in getting permission in new cases.
