Messer’s Junaid Enterprises Karachi is respond ewasxnt in the SCRAs challenging order passed by Custom Appellate Tribunal Karachi bench in which assessment of Helmets under Valuation Ruling 1479/2021 was declared incorrect.
Earlier Sardar Zafar Hussain argued that Valuation Ruling was issued after completion of all formalities as per section 25 and 25A of the custom act 1969.
The bench while admitting SCRAs for hearing ordered suspension of judgement of Tribunal till next date of hearing to be fixed by the office of the court.
