“We were expecting more votes but, unfortunately, around 1,000 to 1,500 voters were unable to make it to the venue due to sit-in at Sheheen Complex which caused severe traffic jam in the entire vicinity”, he said, adding that many of KCCI’s voters, who were stuck up in traffic jam, stepped out of their vehicles and walked towards KCCI’s building as they were eager to support BMG by casting their votes.
He also appreciated the hard work done by all BMGians who carried out intense campaigning to motivate maximum number of KCCI Members to vote in favor of BMG candidates, besides appreciating KCCI Office Bearers, Secretary General and the Staff for organizing KCCI’s Annual Elections in a flawless manner which was also widely acknowledged by the voters.
