KARACHI: Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Karachi East has issued a Search Warrant for BOL Channel Building, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi.
The Judge noted that information had been laid before the court of the commission of offences under Customs Act and on due inquiry thereupon it was found that non-duty paid/smuggled media equipment and transmission equipment along with DSNG Vans is lying at (BOL Channel Building, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi).
Judge however advised Customs to just check the “inventory and not to seize any other item during that search. Judge further directed to again prepare the inventory of all items determining its physical position, prepare a scene sketch and photograph / videograph the scene coupled with the items and submit the report along with inventory list forthwith before the court.
