KARACHI: The custom bench of High Court of Sindh disposed of a petition filed by Fatima Warehousing Company with directions to the Collector Customs Port Muhammad Bin Qasim.
As the petition came up for hearing Rana Sakhawat Advocate appearing for the petitioner company said that Show Cause Notice (SCN) has been issued proper reply if which will be submitted.
He said petitioner will not press this petition if respondents are directed to consider the request for restoration of License.
The bench dispuaed of the petition with direction to the department to consider the reply before finalizing the issue affording proper hearing to the petitioner. The bench also directed the department to consider restoration of License if a request is made by the petitioner company.
