KARACHI: Tahir Ali, owner of a food product company was admitted to bail by Special Customs Court, Karachi against a solvent surety of rupees 100,000 and PR bond in the like amount.
The accused/applicant was booked by ASO Preventive in FIR ASO 305/2021 dated 21-9-2021 after betel nuts were allegedly recovered from the factory premises weighing 15300 kilograms. Miss Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate represented the applicant/accused.
