QUETTA: MCC Appraisement Quetta collected Rs14.95 billion as revenue in the first half of current fiscal year ended December 31, 2019.

According to Collector Appraisement Quetta Raza Baloch, the Collectorate collected revenue of Rs14.95 billion during the period July to December, 2019, which is 13 percent higher than the assigned target of Rs. 13.22 billion.

When compared to year-on-year basis, the collection of first half of current Financial Year is 23 percent more than the collection of Rs.12.142 billion for corresponding period of the last Financial Year.

Additional Collector Yasin Murtaza stated that this collection is the result of the all out combined efforts of the whole team. FBR lauded the Collectorate on its unprecedented performance.

Customs department is playing a vital role in generating revenue for national exchequer and MCC Appraisement is utilizing all available resources and means to enhance revenue generation for the country.
