Karachi. The customs collectorate east was restrained from registering new firs against clearing agent qaiser Abbas and ahsan without permission of the court.
The bench comprising justice aqeelahmed abbasi and justice zulfiqar Ahmed Khan passed the order after hearing acounsek from Franklin law associates who maintained that petitioners were being booked into frivolous firs even in imported consingnmebts in which they haven’t filed agoids declaration or obtained a delivery order this was done to book them in more cases without any evidence the bench while restraining the respondents from arresting the petitioners in new firs and also restrained them from lodging more firs against petitioners without the permission of the court.
