KARACHI: The hearing of multiple petitions challenging imposition of Regulatory Duty on different items at import stage were adjourned till Sept 30 by a division bench of High Court of Sindh here on Wednesday.
The bench comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan earlier heard Sohail Hameed, Adnan Motan and other counsel appearing for different petitioners who challenged the imposition of regulatory duty.
The bench later put of proceedings till Sept 30 when a number of identical petitions are fixed for a decision.
