QUETTA: Chief Collector Customs Quetta Zulfiqar Ali Chaudry attended a Condolence Reference held at MCC Quetta. The event was also attended by Collector Preventive Quetta Iftikhar Ahmed, Collector MCC Quetta Raza Baloch, Collector Gwadar Yaqoob Mako and other officers/officials.
Chief Collector Zulfiqar Chaudry said Customs was proud of the martyred officers and officials, and they would always be remembered.
The Condolence Reference acknowledged the services of Deputy Collector Dr. Abdul Qudoos Sheikh and Superintendent Haji Yousuf who died in a road accident. Haji Yousaf was a well reputed and competent officer.
The meeting appreciated the government for awarding Dr. Abdul Qudoos with a gallantry award. However, Customs formations are uncomfortable with the pace of investigations in the murder of Abdul Qudoos.
