KARACHI: Desperate, M/s Steel Vision has lodged a complaint with Director General Audit Inland Revenue & Customs (South) against Deputy Director Customs Intelligence Sanam Qureshi and Superintendent SIU Dost Muhammad for involvement in collection of extortion money.
M/s Steel Vision maintained in the complaint that Dost Muhammad was appointed illegally as officiating Superintendent SIU on the recommendation of former Chief Collector South Abdul Rasheed Shaikh in violation of rules and laws.
The complainant submitted that Dost Muhammad was extorting foreign and local investors at export processing zone and detaining their goods illegally without mandatory approval of Chief Collector Enforcement.
The complainant maintained that Dost Muhammad arrested the directors of M/s Steel Vision (Pvt) Ltd illegally without FIR and inquiry for collection of extortion money.
