KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Thursday heard more than a hundred petitions concerning imposition of Additional Sales Tax at import stage.
Pooja Kalpana appearing in leading petition 1089 of 2016 and Abdul Moiz advocates representing a number of petitioners submitted arguments in detail. The arguments were continuing when the bench rose for the day adjourning further proceedings till May 22.
