The hotel is scheduled to open in fall 2021.

Hannes Spanring CEO of MEININGER Hotels says about the new location: “Stuttgart is a city with compelling cultural and historical attractions and is considered as one of the strongest export metropolitan regions in Germany. The economic strength of the city is impressive and also of great importance for tourism. The demand for accommodation of business and individual travellers is balanced due to international companies and Stuttgart’s globally important convention centre. Our hotel concept will be able to serve this market very well.”

Many Stuttgart attractions such as the New Palace, the Porsche Museum, the Mercedes-Benz Museum, the zoological and botanical garden Wilhelma, the market hall as well as the Karlshohe ridge and the Neckar Park are easily accessible from the hotel. The central station, the convention center and the airport are also very well connected from the hotel.

In the Baden-Wuerttemberg area, another MEININGER hotel is currently under development in Heidelberg. The hotel is scheduled to open this year. For 2019, the hotel group also plans to enter the French market. The MEININGER Budapest Great Market Hall and the MEININGER Hotel Munich Olympia Park opened in March of this year.
