KARACHI: Justice Aftab Ahmed Gorar of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Thursday issued notice to the Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) for Dec 31 in a bail application filed by an applicant/accused Abdul Ghaffar.
According to prosecution accused was arrested after recovery of 6000 kilograms of betel nuts from a truck. The trial court, Special Customs Court has rejected his bail plea as he was arrested for second time on same charge.
The SHC bench after hearing the counsel for applicant ordered issuance of notice to the PCG for Dec 31.
