KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Thursday dismissed as “withdrawn”. a petition filed by Otsuka Pakistan on the request of counsel for petitioner company.
The Secretary Finance, Chairman FBR, Chairman, Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement, West, East and Deputy Collector MCC (Appraisement) were cited as respondents in the petition seeking benefit of SRO 551(I) of 2008 dated 11-6-2008 and benefit of exemption under Sales Tax Act 1990.
When the petition came up for hearing, counsel for petitioner company stated that he did not press the petition as grievance has been addressed.
The bench allowed the request and disposed of the petition as not pressed.
