KARACHI: An appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed on Monday disposed of a petition filed by one Ali Faizan directing him to persue his appeal before the Collector, Appeal.
The bench earlier heard the counsel for petitioner who submitted that the petitioner was being co-erced to pay the amount of additional demand.
Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen, counsel for respondent Collector, RTO, Zone III rejected the insinuation and said demand was raised legally.
The bench however after hearing the sides disposed of the petition with the direction to petitioner to seek remedy before the appellate forum while respondent officials were ordered to decide the appeal within seven days.
