KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh on Friday appointed Nazir of High Court of Sindh to prepare an inventory in the Jamal Apparel case within ten days.
The bench was hearing a constitution petition filed by Jamal Apparels through Franklin Law Associates. The counsel for petitioner said that no inventory was prepared by the raiding party which seized the possession of the factory premises for days till order passed by the court. The factory was raided on ground that Indian grey cloth stamped by D L Sharma is being stored and used while petitioner maintains that cloth present in factory beard stamp of Shershah SITE.
In order to resolve the controversy, the bench appointed Nazir to prepare the detailed inventory within 10 days while next hearing was fixed on June 21.
