KARACHI: Justice Junaid Ghaffar of High Court of Sindh on Thursday issued notice to the defendant custom officials for today.
A S Enterprise filed the suit through law firm Franklin Law Associates challenging the issuance of a notification issuing guidelines for assessment of Iron and Steel coils etc.
The bench noted that a bench of SHC almost a year back heard and decided the issue declaring the notification as well as guidelines as illegal. The bench then issued notices to the defendant for today (Friday June 01).
