KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of dry battery cell vide Valuation Ruling No.1189/2017.
The customs values of dry battery cell were earlier determined vide Valuation Ruling No.1079/2017. The aforesaid ruling and order-in-revision were challenged before the Appellate Tribunal, which set aside the valuation ruling No.1079/2017 and ordered the department to issue a fresh ruling.
