KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of lawn tennis balls vide Valuation Ruling No.1149/2017.
The customs values of lawn tennis balls were earlier notified vide Valuation Ruling No.1046/2017. Some importers file review petitions. Subsequently, an exercise was initiated to determine the values of the goods afresh.
The customs values of lawn tennis balls (bulk/loose packing) under PCT 9506.6100 of “China/Vietnam/Taiwan are fixed at $0.16/pc, of Europe/USA/Canada/Japan are fixed at $0.22/pc and other origins at $0.17/pc.
The customs values of lawn tennis balls (poly bag/ one piece packing) under PCT 9506.6100 of “China/Vietnam/Taiwan are fixed at $0.17/pc, of Europe/USA/Canada/Japan are fixed at $0.26/pc and other origins at $0.18/pc.
The customs values of lawn tennis balls (tin/can/glass packing) under PCT 9506.6100 of “China/Vietnam/Taiwan are fixed at $0.21/pc, of Europe/USA/Canada/Japan are fixed at $0.35/pc and other origins at $0.23/pc.
