KARACHI: Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui of High Court of Sindh (SHC) hearing a constitution petition by Shamim Enterprises ordered provisional release of a consignment of tooth brushes.
Citing the Secretary FBR, Collector Customs (Appraisement) West, East, Director Valuation and DG valuation, the petitioner questions the valuation guideline issued by the Director Valuation.
Talal Tariq Khurshid advocate of Franklin Law Associates appearing for the petitioner submitted that the bench has passed provisional order of release in CP 4790 of 2016 on 9-9-2016 and this matter is identical to the petition cited above.
The court while suspending the valuation guide line allowed provisional release as per terms of the order dated 9-9-2016 while directing the office to fix this petition with the other identical petitions fixed for hearing on March 17.
