KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of natural raw rubber latex 60% DRC vide Valuation Ruling No.1056/2017.
The reference values of latex were earlier notified vide Valuation Database letter. Certain importers requested to convert the same in a valuation ruling in line with prices prevailing in the international market. An exercise was conducted to determine the customs values of the goods.
The customs values of natural raw rubber latex 60% DRC under PCT 4001.1000 of Thailand/Malaysia are fixed at $1.55/kg, of Vietnam at $1.30/kg and Sri Lanka at $1.7/kg.
