KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of electric heaters vide Valuation Ruling No.998/2016.
It was found that electric heaters were being imported on under-invoiced values. Director Wasif Memon formed a team comprising Additional Director Iqbal Muneeb, Deputy Director Rizwan Bashir, Principal Appraiser Iqbal Ali and Valuation Officer Altaf Mangi to determine the customs value of goods in line with the existing prices in the international market.
