KARACHI: The Director General of Customs Valuation has granted the petition of stationery importers and reduced the customs values of stationary items determined earlier vide Valuation Ruling No.868/2016.
The Director General heard all the parties including importers, manufacturers and officials. DG was convinced that prices of stationary items had been fixed a little on the higher side. The manufacturers had also agreed that values of goods were slightly on the higher side.
After due deliberation, the Director General Customs Valuation Syed Tanveer has revised the values as under.
