LAHORE: The Anti Smuggling Organization (ASO) of Model Customs Collectorate (Preventive) Lahore on the directions of the Collector of Customs (Preventive) has started a campaign against non-duty paid/smuggled goods and vehicles.
The campaign headed by Assistant Collector, Dr. Muhammad Adnan Khann is progressing under the supervision of Munawar Ahmad Khan Superintendent; Ejaz Rasool Shah, Saleem Akhtar and Mazhar Abbas Buttar Deputy Superintendents.
During the first 20 days of the month of May, 2016 the Customs ASO seized smuggled / non-duty paid goods including cloth, motor cycle parts, fire crackers, auto parts, wrist watches, injection molding machine etc. and vehicles including Honda Civic Car, Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Mark-X. The value of the seized goods and vehicles is more than 40 million.
