KARACHI: Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui of High Court of Sindh on Thursday discharged hearing of a suit filed by U-Trade Logistics against Collector Customs, South and others.
The plaintiff questions issuance of show cause notice issued to the shipping company maintaining that defendants are bent upon cancelling license as they harbor enmity against the plaintiff who lodged a number of complaints against high Custom Officials exposing corruption or activities harming national interests.
They have concocted a number of baseless allegations, Muhammad Farogh Naseem, counsel for plaintiff submitted.
Today the suit was fixed for hearing at serial number 33 but due to paucity of time was discharged with dozens of other cases.
