KARACHI: Director Customs Valuation Karachi Dr. Wasif Memon has revised the customs values of BOPP laminated polypropylene woven bags vide Valuation Ruling No.837/2016.
Consequent upon representation by local manufacturers and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), an exercise was conducted to determine the values of BOPP laminated polypropylene woven bags.
The customs values of BOPP laminated polypropylene woven bags under PCT 6305.3900 of India/China/Turkey origin are fixed at $2.25/KG while goods of all other origins would be assessed to duty and taxes at $2.35/kg.
